FRE's auction process allows you to "name your price" within a fair and trasparent bidding process. Each property is being sold with completed Phase 1 and 2 reports and clear title.

What You Need to Know

  • Environmental Site Assessment (ESA): Each property up for auction includes a Phase One and Phase Two ESA. This environmental assessment will give you valuable information about the property's condition and potential risks.
  • Property Profile Page (PPP): Before placing a bid, you are strongly encouraged to review all relevant documents available on the Property Profile Page (PPP). The PPP will include the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which you must agree to before submitting your bid.
  • Due Diligence: We encourage you to conduct your own due diligence to ensure you have all the information you need before bidding.
  • Auction Specialist: On each property page, you'll find an Auction Specialist ready to answer all your questions. Whether you need more information about the property, the bidding process, or anything else, our experts are here to assist you every step of the way.

Fair and Transparent Bidding Process

We take great pride in offering a fair, transparent, and honest auction process. We do not allow fake or seller-generated bidding, so you can be assured that all bids are legitimate.

Buyer's Premium

If you are the winning bidder, a Buyer's Premium will apply and is due at closing (details provided on each property page). Please review all terms carefully before placing your bid.

Free registration with no obligation. Your account provides you access to key auction information and auction update emails.

2. CHOOSE YOUR PROPERTY

Click here to search for suitable lots. Click through to the property profile page to get full information.

3. PERFORM YOUR DUE DILIGENCE

Access property information to make better-informed decisions. Ask property representatives and event managers. Involve your advisors as necessary.

4. SUBMIT CREDIT CARD HOLD

We require a credit card hold to ensure you are a real person and a sincere buyer. Your data is encrypted, not stored by us, and securely transmitted to our credit card processor that is PCI DSS Compliant. When you are ready to submit your bid simply hit the “BID NOW” button and the first step is to securely submit your credit card information.

5. PLACE ONLINE BID

Place your bid prior to the deadline.

6. WINNER IS DECLARED

Buyer deposits purchase funds, purchase agreements are signed and closing coordinator assists Buyer and Seller with final paperwork.
