What You Need to Know
- Environmental Site Assessment (ESA): Each property up for auction includes a Phase One and Phase Two ESA. This environmental assessment will give you valuable information about the property's condition and potential risks.
- Property Profile Page (PPP): Before placing a bid, you are strongly encouraged to review all relevant documents available on the Property Profile Page (PPP). The PPP will include the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which you must agree to before submitting your bid.
- Due Diligence: We encourage you to conduct your own due diligence to ensure you have all the information you need before bidding.
- Auction Specialist: On each property page, you'll find an Auction Specialist ready to answer all your questions. Whether you need more information about the property, the bidding process, or anything else, our experts are here to assist you every step of the way.
Fair and Transparent Bidding Process
We take great pride in offering a fair, transparent, and honest auction process. We do not allow fake or seller-generated bidding, so you can be assured that all bids are legitimate.
Buyer's Premium
If you are the winning bidder, a Buyer's Premium will apply and is due at closing (details provided on each property page). Please review all terms carefully before placing your bid.
